Treat you feet to some tender loving care and put a bounce back in your step.

Why not give yourself a pedicure at home. It is really easy and we have some advice that we think would help  with our step by step guide using the fantastic Zen Spa range from Jessica.

  • Step 1
Squirt 3 pumps of your chosen Zen Spa Bath into a warm bowl of water. Leave feet to soak for 5 minutes. Remove feet from water and towel dry. Using the correct Jessica nail board, shape your nails into your desired shape. TOP TIP: Only move your nail file in one direction to prevent nail splitting.
  • Step 2
Using natural Salt Polish for a deep exfoliation or Enzyme Foot Scrub for a light exfoliation, gently massage in circular movements over the entire foot and heel, massaging for a few minutes before rinsing off.
  • Step 3
Chose a Zen Spa Mask and massage over your feet. It will revitalise and cool your feet, break down dead skin and boost cell repair. Leave to soak in for 5 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly in a warm bowl of water.
  • Step 4
Apply your chosen Zen Spa Souffle over the entire foot and leg up to the knee.
  • Step 5
Generously apply Jesscia Heel Repair Cream to your heels which will leave your skin feeling rejuvenated and super nourished. Fantastic for dry cracked heels. TOP TIP: Use the Heel Repair Cream every night on your heels as it gently exfoliates and your feet will feel amazingly light and hydrated when you wake up.

Now your feet will be feeling fresh and light weight, ready to face the summer.

……………. Curlesque from Tigi!!

Yes it was a sad day when Tigi announced that they were discontinuing the Curls Rock Range – we almost shed a tear!!! But a new generation has come to Richard John!!! Curlesque is the range that will take over from the Curls Rock collection and involves a sexy new look - I’m biased because the bottles are my favourite colour!!!

I haven’t personally had any experience with the products as yet which is why I am challenging a few of the stylists over the road to try them out and let me know how they get on.

Just for a heads up, the collection consistes of Defining Shampoo, Hydrating Conditioner, Leave in Conditioner, Curls Rock Amplifier, Lightweight Mousse, Strong Mousse and Defining Serum.

Over the next few weeks I will bring you updates on how the girls are getting on with them – honestly -  and give you some pro tips on how to use them!
