Winter Skincare

Winter is here and the weather is much harsher on our skin. We need all the help we can get to keep our complexion in check!

On the colder nights we all tend to crank the central heating up which is great to keep us warm but not so good for our skin. Our skin always suffers more in the winter due the the harsh weather outside  and then in contrast the warmth of central heating inside, which can leave skin sensitive, tight and dry.

We have some great tips to help keep your skin looking radiant. Firstly we would recommend that you exfoliate to remove dull, dead skin cells. Clarins have a NEW Gentle Foaming Cleansers  for 3 different skin types, for normal/combination, dry or sensitive and combination or oily skin, perfect to leave skin radiant. Follow with a good moisturiser, we would recommend  Clarins Hydraquench Intensive Serum, an SOS Treatment for Dehydrated Skin a star performer with the power to rescue seriously dehydrated skin.

In the wintery weather conditions your lips can be fragile and dehydrated, the Clarins Hydraquench lip balm with intense repairing action will help make them smoother and more supple, with healing and moisturising properties to stop dry cracked lips.

Your hand and nails need protection too as they are exposed to the winter weather. They can become dry and sore. Aveda Hand Relief is an incredibly rich moisturiser for dry chapped hands and Jessica Phenomen Oil is a must have! , gently massage in the the nail and cuticle to keep moisturised and nourished.

Hope  this will help keep you feeling radiant until the warmer weather arrives
